Oakley Neil H T Caesar-Su (conceived 4 June 1998), known professionally as Central Cee, is a British rapper and lyricist from Shepherd’s Bush, London. He saw progress in 2020 with the arrival of the singles “Day in the Life” and “Stacking”.

His first mixtape Wild West was delivered on 12 March 2021 and appeared at number two on the UK Albums Chart.

His second mixtape 23 was delivered on 25 February 2022 and appeared on the UK Albums Chart. Growing up, his dad would play hip-jump, reggae, and dancehall music around him.

Caesar-Su has expressed that he made sure to himself remain enrolled, yet would once in a while act up and blow his top. He went to a similar school as rapper Digga D, being two or three school years higher.

Caesar-Su started recording music when he was 14. Caesar-Su worked at a shoe store for a considerable length of time prior to figuring out his pay and stopping.
